What are the types of Canada Immigration Express Entry Programs (CEPs)?
The Express Entry program was created by the Government of Canada to accommodate different skill levels. These programs, also known as economic immigration programs, attract skilled workers who will help to develop and improve Canada's economy. These programs include:

How do I apply for Canada Express Entry Program?
The Express Entry Programs application process differs depending on the program you are applying for. The application process for the three first programs is the same, but the Provincial Nominee Program requires an entirely different approach.

Get supporting documents

Submit your profile
Express Entry Program works by selecting from potential applicants' profiles. You will need to complete your profile and prove you are eligible.
You will need to create an account on the Government of Canada website to submit this profile. Enter the code from your eligibility questionnaire. Next, answer all questions on the profile. The second step will require you to fill in details about your education, age, and work experience.
The profile can be worked on for up to 60 days before you have to submit it. You will be denied the opportunity to submit your profile if you do not complete it within 60 days.
Once you have submitted your profile, you must wait to find out if you were selected. The Canadian Government selects the profiles that score the highest and ranks them based on their qualifications each year. It can take up to 6 months for this process. During that time, you can improve your score and update your profile. If you have not had a job offer, you may be able to retake your language tests and get better scores.
Invited to Apply
The Canadian Government will accept applications from those who have the most points. If you meet all the requirements and are eligible, the province where you submitted your profile will invite you to apply to the PNP.
To be eligible for permanent residency, you must accept an invitation when you are asked to apply. If you are selected for a program not your first choice, you can decline the invitation. You can refuse to accept the invitation by completing the profile and waiting for the selection.
Permanent residence: Apply
You will receive the forms required to apply for permanent residence from Canada by the Government of Canada. To be eligible for consideration of your application, you will need to fill out the forms and submit any supporting documents. The fees will vary depending on which program you are applying for.
You have 60 days to submit your application for permanent residence. After that, you can only make significant changes.
After evaluating your application for permanent residence, the Government of Canada will notify you of their decision after approximately 6 months. You will be allowed to permanently move to Canada if they approve your application. If denied, they will let you know and you can apply again.
